摘要
为了实现蟹笼渔船减少人工、规避脱钩风险,设计了一套蟹笼渔船蟹笼自动脱钩及回收装置。文中着重介绍整体装置、自动脱钩原理,最终利用有限元软件分析挂钩与主绳分别在海中与出海后两种不同状态中的力学强度状况,并使用PLC对自动脱钩部分进行自动控制。
In order to reduce labor and avoid the risk of decoupling,a set of automatic decoupling and recovery device for crab cages is designed.This paper focuses on the overall device and the principle of automatic decoupling.Finally,the finite element software is used to analyze the mechanical strength of the hook and the main rope in two different states of dropping into sea and leaving from the sea.The PLC is used to automatically control the automatic decoupling part.
