冷冻金枪鱼去皮装置设计

摘要 针对目前金枪鱼加工工厂中的冷冻金枪鱼人工去皮加工存在劳动强度大、去皮效率低的问题,提出了一种新型的分角度式去皮装置。该装置采用了伺服电动机和舵机,设计了一种新型刀具;采用了行程控制开关,设计了装置的气动控制系统;利用Matlab对装置建模计算,得到符合要求的刀具参数。 At present,frozen tuna processing still needs to be peeled artificially in tuna processing factory,and there exists certain disadvantages,such as high labor intensity,low work efficiency.To solve those problems,this paper puts forward a new type of various angles peeling device.Servo motor and steering engine are adopted in this device,a new type of cutter is also designed;furthermore,stroke control switch is used to improve the air-actuated control system of this device;Matlab is utilized to conduct the device modeling calculation in order to gain satisfactory cutter parameters.
