摘要
介绍一种薄壁斜环型槽外筒的加工工艺方法,突破传统加工工艺,严格控制各种工艺参数,车铣三轴粗铣削加工和五轴半精加工,待零件热处理后,采取合理的装夹方式和严格的磨削参数,获得高质量的薄壁斜环型槽外筒。
This paper introduces the process method of the thin-walled inclined ring groove outer cylinder,which breaks through the traditional processing technology.Various process parameters are strictly controlled.Three-axis turning and milling machine tools are used for rough milling,and five-axis machine tools are used for semi-finishing.After the parts are heat treated,a reasonable clamping method and strict grinding parameters are adopted to obtain a high-quality thinwalled inclined ring groove outer cylinder.
