摘要
首先理论计算曲柄销预紧力,然后利用SolidWorks建立曲柄销总成三维实体装配模型,并利用Simulation模块对曲柄销总成进行有限元分析,得到了各实体的应力分布情况,以及曲柄销与锥套的接触压力分布情况,有限元计算结果与理论计算结果相吻合。最后对按"松压"理论计算曲柄销预紧力的方法提出质疑,得到了按该方法计算的曲柄销与锥套的接触压力分布情况,结合现场安装使用情况,指出了其存在的问题,并分析了其产生曲柄销失效的原因。
Firstly,the pre-tightening force of crank pin is calculated theoretically,and then the three-dimensional solid assembly models of wrist pin assembly is obtained by the software of SolidWorks.By using the Simulation module of SolidWorks,finite element analysis is carried out to get the stress distribution of each entity and the contact pressure distribution between wrist pin and cone sleeve.The results of finite element calculation are in agreement with those of theoretical calculation.Finally,the method of calculating the pre-tightening force of the wrist pin according to the theory of"loose pressure"is questioned.According to the results of the pre-tightening force calculated by this theory,finite element analysis is carried out again and the contact pressure distribution between the wrist pin and the cone sleeve is obtained.The reason of wrist pin failure is found.
