摘要 介绍了自动取封盖装置的典型结构组成和工作流程,对比分析得到自动取封盖的突出优势;从机械结构改进和控制系统开发两个方面阐述了当前自动取封盖装置的技术研究现状和方向;对比分析了目前取封盖装置工程应用产品,得到产品设计发展趋势为结构柔性化和定位精度的不断提升;从提高装置运行稳定性和顺应装置设计发展趋势两个方向,提出了两种取封盖装置创新设计思路,对其他设计者的工作有一定的参考意义。 The automatic covering/uncovering robot is one of the key equipment for the solidification treatment of radioactive waste cement.This paper introduces the typical structural composition and working process of the robot,and the comparative analysis shows the outstanding advantages of the robot.From the aspects of mechanical structure improvement and control system development,the current technical research status and direction of covering/uncovering robot are expounded.By comparing and analyzing the engineering application products of the robot,the design development trend of the robot is determined to be that the structure is more flexible and the positioning accuracy is continuously improved.From the perspectives of improving the operation stability and conforming to the development trend of the robot,two innovative design ideas are proposed,which have a certain significance for the work of other designers.
