摘要
介绍了超临界600 MW汽轮机组整体铸造360°蜗壳进汽低压内缸的优点。计算分析低压内缸换热系数,用有限元法软件模拟低压内缸温度场,考虑各种边界条件和载荷,分析了强度、密封性能、变形及位移、汽缸承受的极限压力。证明了该低压内缸具有良好的强度和密封性,能满足机组的安全稳定运行。
This paper briefly introduces the advantages of an integral casting LP inner casing with 360°volute for a supercritical 600 MW steam turbine.The heat transfer coefficient of the LP inner cylinder is calculated and analyzed.The finite element method software is used to simulate the temperature field of the LP inner casing.Considering various boundary conditions and loads,the strength,sealing performance,deformation and displacement,and the ultimate load of the casing are analyzed.It is proved that the LP inner casing has good strength and tightness,and can meet the safe and stable operation of the unit.
