摘要
汽车制动卡钳常规的制动力计算采用滑动摩擦力公式进行计算,并且平均分配给内外制动块,再以此制动力作为支架零部件设计分析的输入力,常规计算没有考虑卡钳和轴销部分对制动力的分流;文中通过在制动块径向和切向受力位置粘贴应变片进行实测的方式,精确检测内外制动块的径向和切向的制动力,为支架部件的精准设计提供输入力参考。
In the conventional braking force calculation of automobile brake calipers,the sliding friction force formula is used for calculation,and it is evenly distributed to the internal and external brake pads,and then the braking force is used as the input force for the design analysis of the bracket components.The conventional calculation does not consider the shunt of the braking force by the caliper and the axle pin.By pasting strain gauges on the radial and tangential force positions of the brake pads for actual measurement,this paper accurately detects the radial and tangential braking forces of the inner and outer brake pads,which provides input force for the precise design of the bracket components.
