摘要
针对动力电池电连接的激光焊接和超声波焊接,利用三维扫描技术和焊接电阻检测技术实现对焊接质量的实时无损检测。通过实际生产验证,证明该套无损检测方法是实用有效的。
Aiming at laser welding and ultrasonic welding for power battery electric connection,the nondestructive testing of welding quality is developed based on three-dimensional scanning technology and welding resistance detection technology.The actual production proves that the non-destructive testing methods can be used effectively to test the welding quality of power battery electric connection.
