摘要
介绍了一种带回转工作台的加工中心在加工复杂箱体类零件时,巧妙利用机床工作台回转中心机械坐标为一个相对固定值的特点,通过建立工件和工作台的位置关系,只需要实测出第一个工件坐标系,即可计算出其余所需坐标系,并且利用宏程序自动建立此坐标系的方法,此方法可以最大程度地降低测量误差,提高加工效率,实践价值极高。
This paper introduces a method of calculating the coordinate system of a machining center with a rotary table.When machining complex box parts,the mechanical coordinate of the rotary center of the machine tool table is a relatively fixed value.By establishing the position relationship between workpiece and worktable,once the first workpiece coordinate system is measured,the other required coordinate systems can be calculated by macro program.This method not only can minimize the measurement error,improve the processing efficiency,and has high practical value.
