摘要 塑压模具的成型零件在合模、开模时起到定位、导向作用,模具闭合时构成型腔,成型滑轮壳体;经过酚醛缩合物浸渍的纤维织物,与塑压模一起交替加热、冷却,制成的成品滑轮壳体强度均匀,力学性能高,可在-55~120℃的环境下持续工作,经试验验证滑轮强度较同质量的金属材料滑轮有很大提高。 The molding parts of the plastic compression mold play a role of positioning and guiding when closing and opening the mold.When the mold is closed,it forms a cavity to form the pulley shell;the fiber fabric impregnated with phenolic condensate is alternately heated and cooled with the plastic compression mold,the finished pulley shell has uniform strength and high mechanical properties,and can work continuously in the environment of-55~120℃.The strength of the pulley is greatly improved compared with the same weight metal material pulley.
