体位复位联合经皮椎体成形术对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效分析

Efficacy of preoperative postural reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的分析体位复位联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性的临床效果。方法选取运城市盐湖区人民医院80例骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的患者,随机分为2组。观察组进行体位复位联合PVP治疗,对照组仅予PVP治疗。比较2组患者术前及术后不同时点VAS评分、Oswesty功能障碍指数、椎体前缘高度以及Cobb角。结果2组手术之后VAS、ODI评分和Cobb角均比术前有所下降,而椎体前缘高度均有所上升,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体位复位联合PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性更有利于患者减缓疼痛、改善功能障碍,可提高伤椎高度恢复效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of preoperative postural reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods A total of 80 osteoporotic compression fractures patients in recent years from our hospital were selected.The observation group was treated with postural reduction combined with PVP,and the control group was just treated with PVP.Parameters including VAS score,Oswesty dysfunction index,Cobb's angle and anterior vertebral height were compared.Results VAS,ODI score and Cobb's angle decreased after operation significantly,while the height of anterior vertebral increased considerably in both observation and control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative postural reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures was proved effective in relieve pain,improve dysfunction,and improve the recovery of the injured vertebra height,which have good clinical application value.
