教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,高校资助工作朝着精准化、专业化发展,班团一体化建设充分发挥团结教育团员青年的核心作用。本文基于班团一体化建设、资助工作实践,开展班团一体化建设与资助育人工作有效融合探索。从融合的深刻意义,围绕前提、过程、目标、核心等四方面进行融合实践探析,并以助力、拓展深化双向融合,进一步提升育人实效。

Equity in education is an important basis for social equity.Funding work in colleges and universities is developing toward precision and specialization.The integration of classes and leagues gives full play to the core role of uniting young members of education leagues.Based on the practice of class-league integration construction and funding work,this paper explores the effective integration of class-league integration construction and funding education work.From the profound significance of integration,the integration practice is explored around the premise,process,goal,core and other four aspects,and finally to help,expand and deepen the two-way integration,and further improve the practical effect of education.
