论高校实践育人及其发展对策

On the Development Strategy of Practical Education on Colleges

实践育人是培养学生学以致用能力的重要途径,也是人才培养工作的重要组成部分。当前部分高校在实践育人上存在实践教育的方式单一、实践教学与理论教学脱节、实践教育内容不平衡、保障机制不完善等问题。为此,可以从坚持以人为本,促进实践育人工作个性化开展;推动实践教学改革,加深理论与实践的融合;加强辅导员队伍建设,提高实践育人质量;建立合理的评价机制,调动师生参与的主动性等方面,探索新时代高校实践育人机制,切实做到学思结合、知行统一。

Practical education is not only an important way to cultivate students'abilities to apply what they learn,but also an important part of personnel training.At present,there are some problems in practical education in some universities,such as single modes of practical education,disconnection between practical teaching and theoretical teaching,unbalanced content of practical education and imperfect guarantee mechanisms.Therefore,we can explore the mechanisms of practical education to achieve the necessary combination of learning and thinking,and the unity of knowledge and practice in colleges in the new era.Matters such as the following can be pursued:persisting in people-oriented learning,promotion of the individualized development of practical education work,promoting the reform of practical teaching,deepening the integration of theory and practice,strengthening the construction of counselors,improving the quality of practical education,establishing a reasonable evaluation mechanism,and mobilizing the initiatives of teachers and students.
