随着我国高校辅导员队伍的不断发展壮大,高校辅导员队伍专业化建设已经成为高等教育改革发展的必然趋势,也是辅导员提升自身价值的必然选择。本文立足辅导员工作实践,分析高校辅导员队伍专业化建设发展的困境及根源,探索适应高校辅导员队伍专业化发展路径。

With the continuous development and expansion of the university counselors in China,the professional construction of the university counselors has become an inevitable trend of the reform and development of higher education,and also an inevitable choice for the counselors to improve their own value.Based on the work practice of university counselors,this paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of the development of the professional construction of university counselors and explores the ways to adapt to the professional development of university counselors.
