摘要
以正辛醇、环氧乙烷为原料,通过缩合反应制得正辛醇聚氧乙烯醚,再与五氧化二磷反应制备了正辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯水性润滑剂。用该润滑剂配制的水性墨水,具有较高的表面张力(≥40mN/m),划线500m不断线,出墨量均匀,润滑性能良好。
Using n-octanol and ethylene oxide as raw materials,n-octanol polyoxyethylene ether was prepared by condensation reaction,and then reacted with phosphorus pentoxide to prepare n-octanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate water-based lubricant.The water-based ink prepared with this lubricant has high surface tension(≥40mN/m),uniform ink output and good lubrication performance.
