下肢康复机器人在脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能障碍中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,脑卒中患病人数逐年上升,偏瘫是脑卒中患者经常遗留的运动功能障碍,而康复训练可有效降低脑卒中偏瘫患者的致残率,但常规康复治疗难以实现负重、迈步、平衡的有机结合,因此寻求积极有效的康复手段成为临床研究热点。大量研究表明,延长康复治疗干预时间或增加训练次数对运动功能障碍的改善有较为积极的作用。而下肢康复机器人可让患者模拟正常运动模式不断重复的系统化练习,达到降低治疗师工作强度和增加患者主动参与度的目的,优于单一的常规康复治疗,在临床呈现更佳的治疗效果。 In recent years,the number of stroke patients has been increasing year by year.Hemiplegia is often left over by stroke patients with motor dysfunction,and rehabilitation can effectively reduce the disability rate of stroke patients with hemiplegia.However,it is difficult to achieve the organic combination of weight-bearing,walking and balance in conventional rehabilitation treatment.Therefore,seeking positive and effective rehabilitation means has become a hot spot in clinical research.A large number of studies have shown that prolonging the intervention time of rehabilitation therapy or increasing the number of training times has a positive effect on the improvement of motor dysfunction.The lower limb rehabilitation robot can make patients repeat systematic exercises in the simulation of normal movement mode,so as to reduce the working intensity of therapists and increase the active participation of patients.It is better than the single conventional rehabilitation treatment and presents better therapeutic effect in clinical practice.
