摘要
共享经济的发展促进了平台灵活就业的蓬勃发展。基于职业性向和社会交换理论,以平台司机为例,全面分析平台型灵活就业者工作价值观对工作绩效的影响机制。综合运用阶层回归分析、方差分析、分组回归分析验证研究假设。结果表明:平台型灵活就业者的工作价值观对工作绩效有显著的正向作用;代际差异对灵活性就业者的工作价值观和工作投入的关系存在显著的调节效应。研究结果为管理者对不同代际的员工进行差异化管理提供借鉴,从而有针对性地提高工作绩效。
The development of sharing economy has promoted the vigorous development of flexible employment on platforms. Based on the theory of occupational orientation and social exchange, taking the platform driver as an example, the influence mechanism of platform flexible employees’ work values on job performance was comprehensively analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis, variance analysis and group regression analysis were used to verify the hypothesis. The results show that the work values of platform-type flexible workers have a significant positive effect on the work performance. Meanwhile, the intergenerational difference has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the work values and work involvement of flexible workers. Through this research, managers are enlightened to carry out differentiated management for different generations of employees, so as to improve work performance.
