“一病一品”模式在急性心肌梗死患者护理实践中的应用研究

Application of"One Disease,One Product"model in nursing practice of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探究“一病一品”模式在急性心肌梗死患者护理实践中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月—2020年5月于景德镇市第二人民医院就诊的80例急性心肌梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和受试组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,受试组给予“一病一品”护理干预,干预2周。对比2组患者护理前、护理1个月后心脏射血分数变化及护理2周后的护理满意度。结果护理2周后,2组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)高于护理前,且受试组高于对照组,2组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)较护理前下降,且受试组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);受试组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“一病一品”模式用于急性心肌梗死患者能有效改善心脏射血分数,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of"one disease,one product"model in nursing practice of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to provide guidance for follow-up nursing research.Methods Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=40)and a test group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the test group was given a"one disease,one product"nursing model intervention for 2 weeks.The changes in cardiac ejection fraction before and after nursing for 1 month and the satisfaction of patient care after 2 weeks of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups was higher than before nursing,and the test group was higher than the control group.The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)of the two groups was lower than that before nursing.The group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the test group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"one disease,one product"model used in patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the patient's ventricular ejection fraction and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
