不同频率电针预处理对混合痔外剥内扎术后肛门疼痛的影响

Effect of different frequency electroacupuncture pretreatment on anal pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids

目的分析不同频率电针预处理对混合痔外剥内扎术后肛门疼痛的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2020年6月山西中医药大学附属医院收治行混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的患者108例,所有患者术前均应用电针预处理防治术后肛门疼痛,根据电针频率差异,将采用2/100 Hz疏密波的36例设为甲组,将采用2 Hz连续波的36例设为乙组,将采用100 Hz连续波的36例设为丙组,观察对比3组术后肛门疼痛情况。结果术后6 h,甲、乙、丙3组疼痛评分(NRS)两两对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12 h,甲组、乙组NRS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均显著低于丙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24 h,甲组NRS评分显著低于乙组、丙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),乙组、丙组NRS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在混合痔外剥内扎术前使用频率为2/100 Hz疏密波的电针镇痛作用显著优于2 Hz、100 Hz连续波,可更有效地缓解术后肛门疼痛,值得予以推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the influence of different frequency electroacupuncture pretreatment on anal pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods We selected 108 patients who were admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 and underwent mixed hemorrhoids external stripping and internal ligation.All patients were treated with electroacupuncture pretreatment to prevent and treat postoperative anal pain.36 cases using 2/100 Hz density wave were set as group A,36 cases using 2Hz continuous wave were set as group B,36 cases using 100Hz continuous wave were set as group C,observe and compare the postoperative anal pain in the three groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores(NRS)between groups A,B,and C at 6 hours after surgery(P>0.05);at 12 hours after surgery,there was no significant difference in NRS scores between groups A and B(P>0.05),but all were significantly lower than group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);24h after operation,the NRS score of group A was significantly lower than that of groups B and C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in NRS score between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Before the external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids,the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture with a frequency of 2Hz/100Hz density wave is significantly better than that of 2 Hz and 100 Hz continuous waves,which can more effectively relieve postoperative anal pain and is worthy of promotion.
