中医护理在糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者中的应用研究

Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in treating diabetic osteoporosis

目的探讨中医护理对糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者生活质量评分和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月—6月南通市中医院收治的糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者52例,随机分成观察组26例和对照组26例。2组均予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以中医护理干预,比较2组干预后生活质量评分及护理满意度的差异。结果观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(96.1%)明显高于对照组(88.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理可改善糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的生活质量,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

With increasing of the process of the aging of population,the treatment and nursing of diabetic osteoporosis has been a public health issue with high social attention.The treatment principle of diabetic osteoporosis is to remove its causes,increase the bone mass and prevent fractures,combine prevention with control.Scientific traditional Chinese medical nursing guidance can help patients establish a positive and optimistic attitude,develop a healthy lifestyle,and improve compliance with medication.
