摘要
近红外光谱作为一种快速、准确、操作简单、成本低、不损坏样本、可同时检测多种组分的分析技术,在木本油料检测分析中具有巨大的发展潜力。本文介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的原理,重点阐述了近年来近红外光谱分析技术在木本油料果实和产品物性指标检测中的研究进展,分析了其存在的不足,旨在推进近红外光谱分析技术在木本油料领域的发展。
As a fast,simple,low-cost,non-destructive and capable of detecting multiple components at the same time technology,near-infrared spectroscopy has enormous development potentials in woody oil detection.This paper introduces the principle of near-infrared spectroscopy,highlights the recent progress of near-infrared spectroscopy in the detection of physical properties in woody oil seeds and products,and analyzes its deficiencies,with the aim of advancing the development of near-infrared spectroscopy in the woody oil field.
