达格列净联合吡格列酮对糖尿病患者血糖及血清NO、SOD与MDA水平的影响

Effects of dapagliflozin combined with pioglitazone on blood glucose level and serum NO,SOD and MDA levels in diabetic patients

目的研究达格列净联合吡格列酮对糖尿病患者血糖水平及血清NO、SOD、MDA水平的影响。方法选取西安电力中心医院2018年6月至2019年12月收治的90例糖尿病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用吡格列酮治疗,研究组则联合达格列净治疗,7 d为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗12个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖FBG、2 hPG、HbAlc及血清NO、SOD、MDA水平变化。结果治疗后研究组临床总有效率91.11%,高于对照组73.33%;与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者FBG、2 hPG、HbAlc、NO、MDA水平均降低,且研究组患者低于对照组;治疗后两组患者血清SOD水平均高于治疗前,且研究组比对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论达格列净联合吡格列酮治疗糖尿病患者可有效缓解临床症状,降低血糖,减轻机体组织氧化损害,且疗效确切。

Objective To study the effects of dapagliflozin combined with pioglitazone on blood glucose levels and serum NO,SOD and MDA levels in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 90 diabetic patients admitted to xi′an Electric Power Center Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral pioglitazone,and patients in the study group were treated with dapaglitazone.7 days is a course of treatment,and both groups of patients were treated for 12 courses.The changes in blood glucose FBG,2 hPG,HbAlc and serum NO,SOD,MDA levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group;Compared with before treatment,the FBG,2 hPG,HbAlc,NO,MDA levels of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group;Both the serum SOD levels of the two groups after treatment were elevated,and patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with pioglitazone in the treatment of diabetic patients can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,lower blood sugar,and reduce oxidative damage of body tissues,and the effect is definite.
