基于仿生学的草坪落叶清理装置的设计与试制

摘要 为解决人工清理草坪繁琐以及现有清理机械对草坪破坏大、不灵活的问题,使草坪落叶垃圾清理更加高效。基于仿生学原理,设计了一种仿生六足草坪落叶清理装置,以Arduino单片机为控制核心,可完成对草坪落叶垃圾进行高效清理。应用ADAMS软件对该装置的连杆机构进行运动学仿真,并制作了物理样机进行试验。结果表明,基于仿生学的草坪落叶垃圾清理装置设计合理,可较好地完成草坪落叶垃圾清理工作,并且移动灵活,工作时对草坪破坏小,具有很强的实用价值。 In order to solve the problems of tedious manual cleaning of lawns and the great damage and inflexibility of the existing lawn leaf cleaning device, we try to make lawn litter removal more efficient.Based on the principle of bionics, a bionic hexapod lawn defoliation cleaning device is designed, taking Arduino microcontroller as the control core, which can complete the efficient cleaning of lawn defoliation litter.The ADAMS software was used to perform kinematics simulation on the linkage mechanism of the device, and a physical prototype was made for testing.The results show that the design of the lawn litter cleaning device based on bionics is reasonable.It can complete the lawn litter cleaning work well, and it can move flexibly and cause little damage to the lawn, which has strong practical value.
