“一带一路”背景下中国与俄罗斯高等教育合作的基础与潜力——基于两国农业文化背景分析

The Foundation and Potential of Higher Education Cooperation Between China and Russia under the Background of"One Belt,One Road"--Based on the Analysis of Agricultural Cultural Background of the two Countries

促进经济交流合作的整体联动与开放是“一带一路”倡导的基本理念,重点强调协作共同发展,也就是多国一起发展的战略。“一带一路”除了要进行各国政治与经济的友好合作以外,还要让多国教育形成互动性。中国与俄罗斯在经济,人文、教育等多个领域都有合作,形成了互相支持,互相配合的友好格局。对此,“一带一路”的背景下,中国与俄罗斯的高等教育合作,是两国农业文化发展的基础,也是潜力所在。本文基于农业文化背景下,具体分析,中俄高等教育合作,进而加强合作与交流的思想,推动中俄高等教育国际合作的发展。

To promote the overall linkage and opening of economic exchange and cooperation is the basic idea advocated by"One Belt And One Road",which emphasizes the coordination and common development,that is,the strategy of developing with many countries.In addition to promoting friendly political and economic cooperation among countries,One Belt And One Road also aims to make education among different countries interactive.China and Russia have cooperated in economy,culture,education and other fields,forming a friendly pattern featuring mutual support and coordination.In this regard,under the background of"One Belt And One Road",the cooperation in higher education between China and Russia is the basis of the development of agricultural culture of the two countries and also the potential.Based on the background of agricultural culture,this paper specifically analyzes the cooperation between China and Russia in higher education,and then strengthens the idea of cooperation and exchange,so as to promote the development of international cooperation between China and Russia in higher education.
