乡村小学小班化背景下的课堂教学策略分析

摘要 乡村学生的人数越来越少,这也就逐步地形成乡村小学小班化的教学现状,与城镇小学小班制有所差别的是,乡村小学小班化是由于人数不断减少而不得不采取的小班规模,小班化教学能更具针对性地提升学生的综合素质并实现学生的全面发展,通过不断的改善和创新现有的教学模式、教学方法、教学策略以及教学内容来对固定数量学生的班级所采取的新颖的教学活动形式,真正的从学生的角度出发,满足不同层次学生的具体要求,为做好乡村小学小班化的课堂教学工作提供牢固基础。 In contrast to the small-class system in urban primary schools,the small-class system in rural primary schools is a small-class scale that has to be adopted as a result of the decreasing number of students.Small-class teaching can improve students'comprehensive quality and realize their overall development more pertinently.By constantly improving and innovating the existing teaching models,teaching methods,teaching strategies and teaching contents,the new forms of teaching activities for a fixed number of students'classes are adopted.From the perspective of students,the specific requirements of students at different levels are really met,in order to do a good job in rural areas Village primary school small-class classroom teaching work to provide a solid foundation.
