很多教师在开展工作的过程中,将主题班会看作是一种活动,但实际上,主题班会也是乡村学校学习课程的一部分,能够起到教育作用,本文将结合主题班会的概念以及其在乡村学校班级管理中发挥的作用,讨论明确教育目的、加强重视、及时评价反思、结合现实生活、创新班会模式等设计方案,为提高班会开展效率做出参考。

Many teachers regard the theme class meeting as an activity in the process of carrying out their work,but in fact,the theme class meeting is also part of the study curriculum of rural schools and can play an educational role.This paper will discuss the design scheme of clear educational purpose,strengthen attention,timely evaluation and reflection,combine real life,innovate class meeting mode and so on,in order to improve the efficiency of class meeting.
