Under the background of continuous progress of social economy and science and technology,the state pays more attention to environmental maintenance and rural area construction,which is also an important content to promote the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper systematically introduces the connotation of Marx's ecological civilization,analyzes the guiding significance of Marxism and the present situation of the construction of beautiful villages,and discusses in detail the effective ways to implement rural development.
