渔农村集体“三资”管理是基层党风廉政建设的重要内容,是检验和考查村干部是否干净办事的标准之一,事关集体经济发展和渔农村和谐稳定。本文以舟山市为例,就渔农村集体“三资”管理存在问题及化解对策进行初步探讨。

Fishering-rural collective"three assets"management is an important content of the construction of grass-roots party style and clean government,is one of the standards of inspection and test whether the village cadres clean work,related to the collective economic development and harmony and stability of fishing-rural.Taking Zhoushan City as an example,this paper discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the management of"foreign capital"in fishing and rural collectives.
