摘要
烟蚜是危害我国各大烟区的重要害虫。已有报道,硅肥能增强植物对多种植食性害虫的抗性,但是对于防治烟蚜的效果还未进行研究。因此本试验采用NC_(1)O_(2),设置和空白对照和施硅处理,通过接种蚜虫后不同时间测定蚜虫数量及光合参数明确硅的作用效果,对细胞壁主要成分含量的研究探讨硅的作用机理。研究结果为与对照相比,施硅处理的蚜虫得到有效抑制,接种20天后,蚜虫数量降低29.7%,光合速率提高,蒸腾速率降低,细胞壁中木质素、纤维素含量提高,提高了烟蚜的取食难度。本研究对蚜虫的绿色防控提供重要的思路。
Myzus persicae is an important pest that harms major tobacco areas in my country.It has been reported that silicon fertilizer can enhance the resistance of plants to multi-grown feeding pests,but the effect of controlling Myzus persicae has not been studied yet.Therefore,this experiment adopts NC_(1)O_(2),set and blank control and silicon treatment.The effect of silicon is determined by measuring the number of aphids and photosynthetic parameters at different times after inoculation with aphids.The research on the main component content of cell wall explores the mechanism of silicon.The result of the study was that compared with the control,the silicon-treated aphids were effectively inhibited.After 20 days of inoculation,the number of aphids was reduced by 29.7%,the photosynthesis rate was increased,the transpiration rate was reduced,and the content of lignin and cellulose in the cell wall was increased.Difficulty of feeding.This study provides important ideas for the green prevention and control of aphids.
