金色曼陀罗不同播种期的生理指标测试试验

Experimental Study on Physiological Indexes of Datura Aureus at Different Seeding Time

该试验以金色曼陀罗的种子为供试材料,于2020年4月末-5月末分批播种,测定不同播种期金色曼陀罗的座果率、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量三个生理指标,结果表明:5月14日播种的金色曼陀罗化学成分积累较多,产量最好。

With golden jimson weed seeds were used as material for the test,partial sowing in late April 2020-the end of may,the determination of different seeding time gold mandala fruit-set rate,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content of three physiological indexes,the results showed that the plant on May 14,accumulate more gold mandala chemical composition,production is the best.
