基于创新认知度调查的医学生创新能力培养研究

Research on the Innovation of Medical Students Based on the Survey of Innovative Cognition

创新型国家发展对当前大学生的创新能力培养提出明确要求,应着重培养大学生的创新素质和创新能力。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对河南省1809名在校医学生进行调查,了解当前医学大学生的创新认知度现状,并对创新意识与创新能力的影响因素进行分析,就如何提高医学生创新意识与创新能力提出对策与建议,以提升医学生对未来社会及国家发展需求的适应能力。

The development of an innovative country puts forward clear requirements for the cultivation of college students’innovative ability.We should focus on the training of college students’innovative quality and ability.Through a survey of 1809 medical students in Henan province,this study aimed to understand the cognitive level of scientific innovation of medical students,and to analyze the influencing factors,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the consciousness and ability of innovation of College students to enhance the adaptability of medical students to the future social and national development needs.
