摘要
建设优质教育资源支撑医学人才培养是医学教育改革的重要任务,然而,医学院校资源建设中存在优质资源配置不均,支撑服务滞后,共享条件有限等问题,使医学教育资源无法实现有效供给。本文借鉴陕西地区高校,分析了资源共享的三个条件,总结了陕西省采取的建立统一资源供给组织,搭建共享服务平台,建立课程制作中心,统筹全省高校课程资源库建设,消除学分认定障碍等五个方面的课程资源共享实践,并结合医学院校特点和现有基础,提出了充分发挥医学院校共享组织,建立医学院校资源建设基地,部署医学区域课程资源共享服务平台,制定资源共享激励机制等方面的医学院校课程资源共享建议,为医学院校资源共享探索提供思路。
The construction of high-quality education resource supporting medical personnel training is an important task of medical education reform.However,there are problems in the resource construction of medical colleges,such as uneven allocation of quality resources,lagging support services,and limited sharing conditions,which prevent effective supply of medical education resources.This paper based on the education resource of colleges and universities from Shaanxi province,analyzes three conditions of resource sharing,summarizes course sharing practice from five aspects,establishing uniform resource supply organizations,building sharing service platforms,establishing course exploitation centers,balancing the construction of the entire province university curriculum resource,eliminating the credit identification obstacles,presents suggestions of medical school curriculum resources sharing,such as making full use of resource sharing organization,which combines the characteristics of medical colleges and existing basis,establishing medical colleges resources construction bases,deploying medical area curriculum resource sharing service platform,and developing resources sharing incentive mechanism,and finally provides new ideas for the exploration of resource sharing in medical colleges.
