医患沟通培训在皮肤科临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨医患沟通能力培训在皮肤科临床教学中的应用效果和对实习医生接诊患者满意度的影响。方法选取2017年9月-2019年9月在西京皮肤医院实习的86名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(43名)和对照组(43名),对照组采用传统临床教学模式,实验组在传统临床教学模式的基础上融合医患沟通能力培训课程。实习结束后,比较两组实习生的实习满意程度和出科考试成绩。同时比较两组实习生在门诊和病房接诊患者(每组86名,共172名)的就诊满意程度和两组带教教师(每组5名,共10名)对于临床教学的积极性。结果实验组学生实习满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),出科理论考试和实践技能考试成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。同时,实验组学生接诊患者就诊满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组带教教师教学积极性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤科临床教学中融入医患沟通能力培训可明显提高实习生对于皮肤病学理论知识和实践技能的掌握程度,显著提高实习生满意度和皮肤科临床带教质量,增强带教教师对于临床教学的积极性。加强医患沟通能力培训可显著提高就诊患者对于实习生医疗服务工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of doctor-patient communication ability training on dermatology clinical teaching and the satisfaction of patients received by the interns.Methods 86 interns in de-partment of dermatology in Xijing hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(43 students)and the control group(43 students).The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the experimental group integrated the doctor-patient communication ability training course on the basis of the traditional clinical teaching mode.After the internship,the internship satisfaction and the examination results of the two groups were compared.In addition,the satisfaction degree of outpatients and ward patients(86 patients per group,172 patients in total)were compared between the two groups.Moreover,the passion of teachers for clinical teaching(5 teachers per group,10 teachers in total)was also compared.Results The satisfaction degree of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of theoretical examination and practical skill examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).In addition,the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the passion of teachers for clinical teaching in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of doctor-patient communication ability training in dermatology clinical teaching can significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of dermatology,and significantly improve the satisfaction of both of interns and the passion of teachers,as well as the quality of clinical teaching in dermatology.More importantly,strengthening the training of doctor-patient communication ability can significantly improve the satisfaction of medical service for interns.
