上肢动静脉内瘘成型术临床应用的形态学基础

摘要 目的制作并观察成人尸体上肢动静脉和穿静脉的形态学分型,为临床血管造瘘术中血管的选择和评估提供形态学依据。方法对50具(100侧)成人尸体(男74侧,女26侧)的上肢解剖,观察并测量上肢动静脉的形态学数据。结果对上肢浅静脉和穿静脉形态学数据和分型进行总结,评估是否适合血管造瘘术的实施。结论为上肢动静脉内瘘成型术的临床应用提供了形态学基础。 Objective To make and observe the morphological classification of arteriovenous and perforating veins of upper extremities in adult corpse,and to provide morphological basis for the selection and evaluation of blood vessels in clinical angiostomy.Methods The upper limbs of 50(100 side)adult corpses(male 74 sides,female 26 sides)were dissected,and the morphological data of upper extremity arteries and veins were observed and measured.Results The morphological data and classification of upper extremity superficial vein and perforating vein were summarized to evaluate whether it is suitable for the implementation of angiogenesis.Conclusions The morphological basis for the clinical application of arteriovenous internal fistula in the upper extremity is provided.
