Analysis of 435 cases of adverse reactions/events of Phloroglucinol injection preparation

目的分析间苯三酚注射制剂不良反应情况,探讨不良反应的临床表现,从而为临床及时识别药品不良反应提供参考。方法从云南省药品不良反应监测数据库中检索获得2004年1月—2019年11月435例苯三酚注射制剂不良反应报告,对发生不良反应的患者的性别、年龄、主要临床表现情况进行统计分析。结果间苯三酚制剂不良反应表现以皮肤及附件损害、全身系统损害为主。结论间苯三酚注射制剂不良反应表现复杂,临床使用的过程中应密切关注。

Objective To explore the characteristics of the adverse drug reaction(ADR)of phloroglucinol injection preparation through the analysis of its occurrence of ADR,so as to provide reference for clinical identification of ADR in time.Methods Totally 435 cases of adverse reaction report related to phloroglucinol preparation those occurred between January 2004 and November 2019 were searched from the monitoring data base of ADR of Yunnan.The gender,age and main clinical manifestations of the patients suffered with ADR were statistically analyzed.Results The adverse reactions of phloroglucinol were mainly skin and accessory damage and systemic damage.Conclusions The adverse reactions of phloroglucinol injection preparations are complex and close attention should be paid in clinical practice.
