摘要
拟研究有压承插口管道工程的拆除技术克服现有施工技术的不足,该技术采取被拆除管道无损伤的柔性拆除方法。首先对已运行的管道进行停运及排水,将拆除管道周围土质清除,使管道对接处和局部管体悬空,然后将打压孔处填充材料剔除,减少管体错缝时的空气阻力。最后剔除管缝内的填充材料,管缝低部内缝用高密度柔性材料镶嵌密实,用柔性吊带吊起拆除管道端部,缓慢上下移动,使拆除管体对接管缝错开,将管体移出。
In this paper,the removal technology of penstock with pressure socket is studied to overcome the shortcomings of the existing construction technology.First of all,the pipeline has been running and drainage,will remove the soil around the removal of the pipeline,so that the joint of the pipeline and local pipe body hanging,and then the pressure hole filling material removed to reduce the air resistance when the pipe body staggered.Finally,the filling material in the pipe seam is removed,the low part of the pipe seam is inlaid with high density flexible material,the end of the pipe is removed by using the flexible sling,the pipe is moved up and down slowly,the joint of the pipe body is staggered,and the pipe body is removed.
