双钢板拼焊过程温度场有限元模拟

摘要 基于大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对8 mm厚双钢板拼焊温度场进行了三维动态有限元模拟,计算得到焊接动态温度场结果并提取路径温度场分布曲线。结果表明:焊缝区域距离熔池中心越近,焊接温度场温度越高且变化速度越快,而母材区域温度变化规律与之类似,但与焊缝区域相比存在相对滞后。 Based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS,a three-dimensional dynamic finite element simulation of the temperature field of the 8 mm thick double steel plate welding was carried out,and got the welding dynamic temperature field results and the path temperature field distribution curve.The results show that the closer the weld area is to the center of the molten pool,the higher the welding temperature and the faster the change rate.The temperature change rule of the base metal area is similar to that,but there is a relative lag compared with the weld area.
