基于BIM项目协同管理平台研究

Research on collaborative management platform based on BIM project

BIM技术以其强大的信息整合优势广泛的应用于建筑的全过程实施中。而BIM技术在应用过程中存在项目协同管理整合度低,企业之间数据类型复杂多样,信息集成与共享程度低等问题也越来越突显。通过文献综述法阐述建筑业采用的各种协同工具以及基于BIM项目协同管理平台特点,探究基于BIM项目协同管理平台研究的现状和发展方向,为工程建设企业更好运用BIM来进行项目管理提供思考和借鉴。

BIM technology is widely used in the whole process of building implementation with its powerful advantages of information integration.However,in the application process of BIM technology,problems such as low integration degree of project collaborative management,complex and diverse data types among enterprises,and low degree of information integration and sharing are becoming increasingly prominent.Through the literature review method,various collaborative tools used in the current construction industry and the characteristics of BIM-based project collaborative management platform are elaborated,and the research status of BIM-based project collaborative management platform is explored.
