摘要
介绍了甘肃省装配式建筑当前的发展现状,对装配式建筑产业的人才现状进行了分析,并提出了甘肃省装配式建筑产业人才储备机制,为该省构建装配式建筑发展的人才培养体系,加快装配式建筑人才梯队建设建立研究框架。
The paper introduces the development status of prefabricated building in Gansu province,analyzes the talent status specialized in prefabricated building industry,and puts forward talents reserved mechanism of prefabricated construction industry in Gansu province,which has established the research frame for promoting the talent cultivation system of prefabricated construction development and speeding up prefabricated building talents team development in Gansu province.
