摘要
通过对汽车A柱装饰条零件特性进行分析,讨论了带金属嵌件且需二次包胶注塑的模具设计与注塑成型要点。浇注系统基于Moldflow分析,优化设计了浇口排布及浇口结构。针对金属嵌件包胶注塑的嵌件定位及顶出方式,采用"筋柱+勾形扁顶"等特殊结构,确保了产品质量,提高了注塑生产的稳定性。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of car A-pillar decoration trim parts,and discussed the mold design and injection molding key points of over-molding with metal inserts.Gating layout and structure of the filling system were optimized by Moldflow analysis.Special mechanical structure like“rib-boss+cashew shape blade ejection”was adopeted to ensure good positioning of metal insert and smoothly departing during the over-molding injection.Our mold design guaranteed product quality and enhanced injection production stability.
