摘要
针对大采高综采工作面切眼扩刷情况下矿压显现剧烈、应力集中严重和支护困难等难题,本文以木瓜矿S10-102大采高首采面切眼为例,分析了锚杆索在切眼支护中所起到的作用,结合现场地质条件提出了“锚网梁+锚杆(索)”联合支护方案。现场试验与矿压观测结果表明,该支护方案通过改善围岩体的力学特性,提高了切眼围岩整体强度和稳定性,控制了切眼顶底板及两帮变形,保障了采煤工作面开采初期支架安装期间的安全性。
In order to solve the problems of severe mine pressure,serious stress concentration in surrounding rock and difficult support in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,the open-off cut of S10-102 face was taken in Muagua Mine as an example,the anchor cable support was analyzed,and the combined support scheme of anchor net beam&anchor(cable)"according to the actual situation in the field was given.The results of field test and mine pressure observation showed that the proposed support scheme improved the overall strength of the surrounding rock and the stability of the roadway by improving the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock mass,so that the deformation of the open-off cut roof and floor and the two sides can be effectively controlled.It ensured the safety during the installation of the support in the initial stage of mining in the mining face.
