摘要
基于炼焦过程中配煤准确度会直接影响产品质量,提高炼焦配煤准确度对于降低焦炭成本有着重要意义,针对河北峰煤焦化公司自动配煤系统存在的诸如单种煤水分大、下料口堵料、空气炮使用频繁、皮带跑偏及配煤比例控制不稳定的问题,对该系统及工艺进行了改进,即控制了来煤水分,优化了配煤比例,改造了下料口及电子秤皮带宽度,减少了皮带跑偏次数,加强了设备管理等。改进后入炉煤硫分波动率由2019年的11.71%减少为2020年的3.97%,配煤精准性得到有效提升,经济收益提升约76万元。
Based on the accuracy of coal blending in coking process will directly affect the product quality,improving the accuracy of coal blending is of great significance to reduce the cost of coke,in view of the problems existing in the automatic coal blending system of Hebei Fengmei Coal Coking Corporation Ltd.,such as large moisture content of single coal,material blocking at the feedingport,frequent use of air cannon,belt deviation and unstable control of coal blending proportion,the system and process were improved,that is,the moisture content of incoming coal was controlled,the proportion of coal blending was optimized,the feedingport and the belt width of the electronic scale was reformed,the number of belt deviation was reduced,and the equipment management was strengthened.After improvement,the volatility of sulfur content of coal in furnace was reduced from 11.71%in 2019 to 3.97%in 2020.The accuracy of coal blending was effectively improved,and the economic income was increased by about 76000 yuan.
