摘要 为解决中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司(中煤榆林能化)煤制烯烃(MTO)加线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)工艺路线下副产1-丁烯不足的难题,2万t/a 1-丁烯工业装置于2016年10月在该公司建成投产,并平稳运行至今。运行结果表明:在C4进料量为16.24 t/h,反应温度为316℃,反应压力为0.42 MPa的条件下,1-丁烯单程收率≥17.5%,催化剂具有1-丁烯收率高、杂质含量低、催化剂再生周期长的特点。该装置的建成及投运,不仅解决了副产1-丁烯不足的难题,而且提升了副产C4资源的利用价值,提高了装置的综合效益。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient by-product 1-butene in coal to olefin(MTO)plus linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE)process of China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Corporation Ltd.(China Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Corporation Ltd.),the 20000 t/a 1-butene industrial plant was built and put into operation in October 2016,and has been running smoothly up to now.The running results show that under the conditions of C4 feeding rate of 16.24 t/h,reaction temperature of 316℃and reaction pressure of 0.42 MPa,the one-way yield of 1-butene was more than 17.5%,and the catalyst has the characteristics of high yield of 1-butene,low impurity content and long regeneration period.The installation and operation of the plant not only solved the problem of insufficient by-product 1-butene,but also improved the utilization value of by-product C4 resources,and improved the comprehensive benefits of the plant.
