冠心静胶囊对围绝经期女性心律失常的疗效研究

Therapeutic effects of Guanxinjing capsule on arrhythmia in perimenopausal women

目的探讨冠心静胶囊对围绝经期女性心律失常治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2017年6月收治的围绝经期女性心率失常患者121例,随机分为2组,对照组60例使用参松养心胶囊治疗,观察组61例使用冠心静胶囊联合参松养心胶囊治疗。分析2组患者的临床疗效、各类型心律失常改善率、临床症状缓解情况、心率及早搏变化、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.72%明显高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后频发室性早搏改善总有效率、室上性心律失常改善总有效率、室早二联率改善总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心悸、胸闷、神疲乏力、潮热汗出、失眠健忘等症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心率、早搏数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未见头晕、皮疹、恶心呕吐、腹泻等不良反应。结论冠心静胶囊对围绝经期女性心律失常治疗的临床疗效显著,能有效改善心率,减少各类型心律失常的发病,缓解围绝经期临床症状,不良反应少,安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Guanxinjing capsule on arrhythmia in perimenopausal women.Methods A total of 121 perimenopausal women with arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital from January to June 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=61).The patients in control group were treated by Shensongyangxin capsule,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Guanxinjing capsule.The therapeutic effects,the improvement rate of arrhythmia,the relief status of clinical symptoms,and the changes of heart rate and premature beats as well as the adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was 96.72%,which was significantly higher than that(78.33%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of improvement of ventricular premature beats,supraventricular arrhythmia and ventricular premature beat in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the scores of palpitations,chest tightness,mental fatigue,hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,forgetfulness and the other symptoms in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the heart rate and the number of premature beats in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of dizziness,rash,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guanxinjing capsule has obvious clinical effects on arrhythmia of female patients at perimenopausal period,which can effectively improve heart rate,reduce the incidence of various types of arrhythmia,alleviate the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal period,with less adverse reactions and higher safety,therefor it has positive clinical significance.
