随着人口老龄化的发展,髋部骨折的患者日渐增多。髋部骨折手术的麻醉目前主要以全身静脉麻醉和外周区域阻滞为主。两种方法在药物选择和使用方法上各不相同,最终达到的麻醉效果和产生并发症也是不尽相同。本文分析总结了当前关于髋部骨折手术围手术期麻醉实施和镇痛的各种方法及作用机制,重点关注麻醉效果和并发症。对国内外学者关于髋部骨折手术麻醉的研究进展进行回顾性总结分析。为髋部骨折手术的麻醉提供新的麻醉方法和策略。

With the development of aging population,the number of patients with hip fracture increases day by day.The general intravenous anesthesia and peripheral regional block are the main anesthesia methods for hip fracture surgery.The two methods are different in drug selection and use,and the final anesthetic effects and complications are also different.This article reviews and summarizes the current methods of anesthesia and analgesia and their action mechanism at perioperative period of hip fracture surgery,focusing on the anesthesia effects and complications of patients.Moreover the article reviews the investigation and progression about the development of surgical anesthesia for hip fracture at home and abroad,in order to provide new thought and strategy for the anesthesia of the hip fracture surgery.
