骨结核患者病耻感影响因素分析

The influencing factors on the disease stigma feeling of patients with bone tuberculosis

目的探讨骨结核患者病耻感水平,探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法,对武汉市某医院124例骨结核患者进行面对面调查,调查内容为:一般情况资料(年龄、性别、文化程度、收入、病史等),社会影响量表,社会支持问卷。结果骨结核患者病耻感的得分最大值为90分,最小值为45分,总均分为(65.84±9.62)分。其中经济歧视条目均分为(2.65±0.67)分;社会排斥条目均分为(2.63±0.43)分;内在羞耻感条目均分为(2.80±0.34)分;社会隔离条目均分为(2.89±0.53)分,骨结核患者四个维度条目均分从高到低依次为社会隔离维度、内在羞耻感维度、经济歧视维度、社会排斥维度。多元线性回归结果显示年龄、婚姻、患病时间、居住情况、社会支持水平是骨结核患者病耻感的影响因素,解释总变异度为83.5%。结论骨结核患者存在病耻感,病耻感呈现社会隔离程度高特点。病耻感影响因素有年龄、婚姻、患病时间、居住情况、社会支持水平。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors on the disease stigma feeling of patients with bone tuberculosis.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate the status pf 124 patients with bone tuberculosis in a certain hospital of Wuhan City.The investigation data included general information questionnaire(age,sex,education,income,medical history),Social Impact Scale(SIS)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results The maximum scores of disease stigma feeling of patients with bone tuberculosis were 90 points and the minimum scores were 45 points,with average scores being(65.84±9.67)points,in which,the average scores of economic discrimination were(2.65±0.67)points,and those of social exclusion were(2.63±0.43)points,those of internal shame were(2.80±0.34)points and those of social isolation were(2.89±0.53)points.The average scores of the four dimensions were in order(from high to low)were social isolation,internal shame,economic discrimination and social exclusion.The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,marriage,duration of illness,living conditions and social support level were the influencing factors on the disease stigma feeling of patients,with the total variation rate being 83.5%.Conclusion The patients with bone tuberculosis have disease stigma feeling,which is characterized by high degree of social isolation.The influencing factors of disease stigma feeling are age,marriage,duration of illness,living conditions and social support level.
