城市河道治理关键技术问题探讨

A probe into the key technical problems of urban river regulation

我国城镇化过程中,城市河道负担逐渐加重,生态环境恶化严重,需要研究新型城镇化下城市河道治理的关键技术问题。分析了河道与城市关系,提出了城市河道治理目标、治理原则,初步探讨了城市河道功能排序与多目标综合治理、生态保护与修复、滨水公共空间控制等关键技术问题。

In the process of urbanization of our country,the burden of urban rivers becomes heavier and heavier and the ecological environment deteriorates.Thus the key technical problems of urban river regulation should be studied in the context of new pattern urbanization.The paper analyzes the relationship between the river and the city,puts forward the regulation goals and the management principles of urban rivers,and makes a preliminary study of function and multiobject comprehensive regulation,ecological protection and restoration,the control of waterfront public space.
