城市房地产开发建设项目水土保持监测及指标研究

Research on soil and water conservation monitoring indicators of urban real estate development and construction projects

结合城市房地产项目建设现状,在分析新形势下城市房地产项目建设引发的生态环境和水土流失问题的基础上,提出了一套适用于城市房地产开发建设项目的水土保持监测指标体系。体系中有特色的提出了与城市房地产项目建设有关的表土剥离和利用、临时占地与永久占地比例、硬化地面控制率、雨洪利用率等指标,做到全面监测城市房地产项目建设中水土流失问题,监测结果也能很好的指导城市房地产项目的建设。

In this paper,based on the analysis of Eco-environment and soil erosion in the new situation caused by the problem of the urban real estate construction projects,combining with present situation of urban real estate construction projects,we propose a set of indicators system for monitoring soil and water conservation applicable to urban real estate development and construction projects.In the system,we characteristically proposed the utilization of topsoil stripping,the rate of temporary and permanent land,hardened ground control rate index and urban rainwater utilization,etc.,which are related to the construction of urban real estate projects.This system can achieve the goal of monitoring comprehensively the soil erosion problem during urban real estate projects construction,and monitoring results can also become a good guide to the construction of urban real estate projects.
