摘要
为保证南水北调工程质量,规范南水北调工程质量监管工作,国务院南水北调办公室创新了多项工程质量监管措施。为保障这些措施的落实,首先需要通过检测的方式对工程进行全面体检,在南水北调工程质量检测中,国务院南水北调办公室组织人员取长补短,综合发挥先进探测技术的优势,大胆创新,联合探测,创新了多个检测方法,在国内多次首创了工程缺陷的探测范例,为进一步完善工程的质量提供了保障。
