天津市芹菜产业发展现状与展望

Development Status and Prospects of Celery Industry of Tianjin

根据文献记载,芹菜在天津种植大约有480余年历史,现在已经成为天津市代表性的主要蔬菜作物之一,对于促进本市农业增效、农民增收发挥着越来越重要的作用。20世纪80年代以前,天津芹菜主要种植分布在城区四周的近郊,后来逐渐扩展到武清、静海等远郊县,形成了多个远近闻名的芹菜主产区,以日光温室和塑料大棚为主的多样化种植方式更加高效科学,生产中采用的品种一直以本市自主选育品种为主导,并完成多次更新换代。但目前天津芹菜生产存在着连作障碍加重、品种抗病性不理想、商品菜售价波动剧烈,品牌意识较弱等问题。为促进天津芹菜产业进一步健康发展,建议将抗病育种、品牌建设和畅通市场信息作为今后工作重点。

According to the literature,celery has been planted in Tianjin for about 480 years,and now it has become one of the main representative vegetable crops in Tianjin.It plays an increasingly important role in promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers’income.Before the 1980s,celery was mainly planted in the suburbs around the Tianjin city,and then gradually extended to Wuqing,Jinghai and other suburban counties,forming a number of well-known main celery producing areas.The diversified planting methods mainly in solar greenhouses and plastic greenhouses were more efficient and scientific.The varieties used in the production had been dominated by Tianjin breeding varieties,and several updates had been completed.However,there are some problems in celeryproduction in Tianjin,such as the aggravation of continuous cropping obstacles,the unsatisfactory disease resistance of varieties,the drastic fluctuation of commodity celery prices,and the weak brand awareness.In order to promote the further healthy development of celery industry in Tianjin,it is suggested that disease resistance breeding,brand construction and unblocking market information should be the focus of future work.
